provide the data required by the Idaho Department of Agriculture to submit a
request for a section 18
“Emergency Use Permit” for Fipronil as a seed treatment on wheat. We only have 3 weeks to gather the
data necessary for the ISDA to file request with EPA, to have a chance for a
decision in time for fall planted wheat, 2016 crop.
