The number one challenge to the beef cattle industry is to provide a high quality repeatable beef eating experience. Several "beef audits" have been done by the industry to identify the reasons that customers do not always get the desirable beef experience that we wish them to have, and that brings them back to beef. Many of the causes of customer dissatisfaction, as well a financial lost to participates in the beef product stream, come right back to the ranch, and are addressed in these trainings and certification.
Please help us expand the market for quality by beef by attending a training and certification opportunity.
Please pre-register by calling 208-527-8587 or emailing ccheyney@uidaho.edu to insure that we will have a delicious beef meal for you!
