The class will consist of classroom instruction as well as "laboratory" work with hands on canning in the commercial kitchen.
The cost for all of the classes is $60, which included a USDA Canning Guide as well as hand-on-canning practices. Individual classes may be attended for $15 each, but part-time attendees must have attended the first class on basics.
We must have 10 committed participants by February 24th to hold the class. Please call the Butte County Extension Office at 52708587 or come by the Extension Office at 159 N Idaho, or email ccheyney@uidaho.edu to enroll or if you have additional questions.
